EU Right of Withdrawal

EU consumers have the right to exercise their statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving their goods.

Once your withdrawal request has been received, we will confirm receipt of your request and provide any further instructions required for returning the goods.

Refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation and will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds

Once you have completed the returns process and return your item in its proper condition and within the the proper time frame, we will then review the returned item. If it is found that you are eligible for a refund, we will refund the card in which the product was purchased online with.

 

Pre Sale Refunds

If you have purchased something on pre-sale and you decide you do not want to proceed with your order before your order has been shipped, then in most circumstances we will process a full refund to the card in which you placed your pre order on. A refund for the amount paid is what will be will be refunded to the card

 

Refunds usually take between 3-5 business days before you see it in your account. Please allow this time period. We do not charge a restocking fee.
