Shipping Costs

Delivery to Ireland

We deliver to all addresses across Ireland using our trusted courier partners.

Delivery Rates:

✅ All orders — €5.99 flat rate

Delivery Times: Under normal circumstances, orders are typically delivered within 3–5 working days. Please note that delivery times may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, such as adverse weather, public holidays, or transport disruptions. During bank holidays and busy holiday seasons, order processing and dispatch times may take a little longer than usual. We always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible and will keep you informed if there are any delays.

All orders are fully tracked — you'll receive tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times

Delivery within Ireland is approximately 3–5 working days. For orders outside of Ireland, delivery typically takes between 3–10 working days depending on your location and the destination country.

Customs & Import Charges

As Wildhunter Gun Room is based in Ireland, which is a member of the European Union, orders delivered within the EU are not subject to customs duties or import charges. For orders outside the EU (including the United Kingdom), we cannot be held responsible for any customs delays, customs charges, or the calculation of any duties or taxes that may be applied by your country's customs authority. Any such charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Licensed & Regulated Products

As a licensed firearms and sporting goods retailer, please be aware that certain products we sell are subject to legal restrictions and may not be shipped to all locations. This includes, but is not limited to, firearms, ammunition, and other regulated items. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order where we are unable to fulfil delivery due to legal restrictions applicable to your location or jurisdiction. If your order is affected, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that any products ordered are legal to purchase, own, and receive in their country or region.

Larger & Bulky Items (Heavy Gun Safes, etc.)

Larger and heavier items such as gun safes cannot be sent via standard parcel couriers and require specialist pallet or freight delivery services. As a result, these items take considerably longer to organise and deliver. Lead times will vary depending on your location, courier availability, and the time of year. Once your order is placed, delivery arrangements will be confirmed and you will receive an estimated timeframe along with updates throughout the process. Please note that bulky items delivered via pallet or freight service will not receive a standard tracking number, as these shipments are not processed as parcels. You will receive a fulfilment confirmation once your order has been dispatched — after this point, please allow additional time for delivery to be completed. We appreciate your patience with these orders — we want to make sure they arrive safely and in perfect condition.

Please note that during bank holidays and holiday season periods, dispatch and delivery times may be slightly longer than usual for all orders. We appreciate your patience during these times.

Goods are normally dispatched the following working day after the order has been placed and payment has been received.

If an order is placed and the item is oversized or heavy, we reserve the right to charge additional shipping costs. If an agreement cannot be reached we will refund the sale. In the unlikely event that a product you have ordered is out of stock, we will notify you immediately to inform you of any delays.

Delivery Methods

We generally use An Post for parcels but will use other couriers for pallets or where necessary. Delivery times are usually between 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday. A telephone number must be provided to ensure the courier can contact you when delivering. Normal postage will be used for the rest of the world. Cost may vary depending on the weight and size of the product.

We always do our best to dispatch orders as quickly as possible — in many cases on the same day the order is placed.

Order Tracking & Courier Responsibility

Once an order has been dispatched, customers will receive a tracking number by email and can use this to monitor their delivery directly with the courier. Please note that once an order has left our premises, delivery is managed entirely by a third-party courier service. We do not operate a courier business and cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier once the order has been dispatched. If you experience any delays with your delivery, please use your tracking number to contact the courier directly — they will be best placed to provide updates and resolve any issues with your shipment.
